Totally believable, people get paid to do this, I've never known birds leave anything behind, they eat the lot, just the Gov trying to stamp on people again.

To be fair if she was feeding white bread to the ducks and geese then she is risking them developing angel wing. In which case I think a 2500 pound fine is small punishment. She should have been tasered then given a custodial sentence.

How would she like to be tricked into eating something that gave her mongy arms. It's the bird version of thalidomide.
