The Welsh are at it now! lol

It's a matter of time imho. Brexit will break up the UK union one way or another. Any special status for NI will piss off the Scots, who will again agitate seriously for an independence vote. And the Welsh will eventually want a piece of the action.

I don't blame any of them.

We know some Scots want another one, now Wales has joined, England has it's own proponents of an English Parliament only and obviously Republic and NI border issues already well known.

What a fucking clusterfuck from little Englanders and a majority of racists (not all I more than appreciate) who hanker for days that will never return.

Maybe, once he's built the Great Southern Wall, the Donald can come and re-build Hadrian's Wall if the Scots vote for independence, and maybe he can re-dredge Offah's Dyke (oo-er missus) if the Welsh do the same?

I personally won't rest until my People's Republic Of Redditch is given the recognition it deserves.

JPA you still think that wall is being built lol

JF most of the West Midlands would be happy to seclude Redditch! lol Namely because you're there! :throw:

LOL - your wall response needs no response PMSL

Re Putin - is he targeting bald people around the world? Face it Trump will soon be there but JF already is! lol

Secede
withdraw from, break away from, break with, separate (oneself) from, sever relations with, leave, quit, split with, split off from, disaffiliate from, defect from, resign from, pull out of, drop out of, have nothing more to do with, turn one's back on, repudiate, reject, renounce, desert;
form a splinter group
"the Southern states seceded from the Federal Union"

Yes, being as pedantic as I am, the 'from' is the critical part here.

As an organisation, you can't 'secede' anything, but you can 'secede from' something.

But you would be happy to 'cede' Redditch to somewhere, or someone, else, for instance. For example, "The West Midlands have drawn up plans to cede Redditch to Worcestershire from March 2019."
