Will be interesting to see whether his abrasive and seemingly confrontational methods work there. Your older heads will be able to take it, but mix that with Posh tendency to opt for younger player, particularly in attacking areas, and I'm not too sure.

Mmmm I seem to recall Peterborough were well placed until he rocked up. As any captain/manager of a sports team at any level will tell you, to get the best out of individuals sometimes they need treating differently - rocket versus arm round shoulder and kept in house. Public constructive non personal criticism and observation where required BUT never ever publicly humiliate individuals or teams. It might get a short term fix but will breed resentment long term. I do hope the Posh fans are singing his name next season but not as he predicts they will be. The man that literally defrauded a living from football.
