The relegation Battle... Who goes ..?

I would have never said this at the start of the season, and I would have never said this 3 weeks ago either....

We have to start Taiwo now until Wood is back. Even if that means he can only play an hour, before Jesus comes on, then we must try this now.

I am dreading the Spurs game, and thankfully I will be on a plane and not having to endure the game until I land.

Our season IMO is now down to 4 games. Spurs, Villa, Burnley and Sunderland. We cannot afford any losses in these 4 games, and IMO the minimum requirement is now 8 points.
The last 4 games we will be lucky to get 3 points from, with United, Chelsea fighting for CL, and Newcastle pushing for Europe.

Thats why I think we're done. We need a massive favour from Villa to beat Hammers, and hope that we can find a miracle v Spurs. Can't see either happening
 
I am clinging on to the fact that we are giving every team we play a game. We are not push overs by any means. The new manager has the ears of the players I am convinced of that as well. Strange things always happen in the run in to the season. Always have done.

What makes it doubly worse is firstly we’ve helped West Ham stay up at our expense and secondly we’ve entirely relegated ourselves ahead of schedule. Absolutely no one else to blame.
All those jokes about Parish and Palace and other clubs?
Look at them now, look at their transfer window in Jan.

Only plus side is we avoid finishing rock bottom next season and challenging Derby’s total.
 
I think you’d have to say that Nuno’s done an amazing job with West Ham - that team other than Bowen was deemed slow and garbage. They now look so difficult to beat.
 
Rumours circulating last night that EM paid the dressing room a visit and told the players that if anyone thinks relegation is a fast route out of the club, they can think again.

He decides who goes and when they go and its down to them to get us out of this mess.

But seriously those rumours started last week on twitter.
Sounds ridiculous but if any owner was going to do something like this, it would be ours.

It’s us, 99 shots and 1 goal, 4 managers, face cream, fake injuries, woeful set pieces the list goes on, sadly

Disasi made a big difference, as I feared he would.

They had a good transfer window and brought in players to fix problems. We weakened and had a catastrophic window.

Our solution to the striker issue was to sell a really promising one who could score and sign an absolute donkey who doesn't belong anywhere near this level.

Simple as that

I was really surprised at how poor our Jan window was, couldn’t believe we allowed it to happen like we did to be honest.
It’s not like we didn’t know what was required.
It really screwed over Dyche as well I think.

I'll hold my hands up - I felt you were being excessive at the time about how damaging the window was. Looks like you were, unfortunately, absolutely spot on when you said it was the window that relegates us.
