It was the last thread under lambert for the 2013/14 season

I've just been out without any bleeding incidents. My face aches like something that aches a lot but nice to have not bled for 25 hours!
 
Good, no more bleeding allowed, anyway watch it, thigh aids is catchable remember if you exchange body fluids with Deano, just saying like.
 
Had a nose infection and a burst vessel but the infection was too bad to cauterise so had over 30 nose bleeds... I've been gushing mate! LOL

Couldn't go out though, so got very boring. Can't really go out and start bleeding all over the gaff, not the right look apparently! I should have just gone, bled and yelled OH NO, SUPER BAD AIDS RUUUUUNNNN!
 
I'm so used to Jonah lying in the interesting thread titles, that I'm actually convinced that this is an old thread and not a new un as stated.

I had chicken breast cut into bits and put in chicken soup.

Then a while back, some protein powder. Now my pre-workout supplement, face tingling, soon time to train. I'm hoping not to bleed whilst doing so. Not too much to hope for in life really ! LOL
 
Not saying I was bored over the weekend but I cleared out my loft and washed my scarves and beanie hats ready for the winter and watch 8 episodes of Without A Trace

Oh, hang on, turns out I AM saying I was bored.
