So 5 days into a calorie restricted diet.
Restricting myself to 1,550 calories per day as MyFitnessPal says that is what I need to do to lose 1.5lbs per week.
Also no alcohol.
And the net result 5 days in..... I've gained 1lb!
Throw in some exercise, the process works...!
