Just watched this on I player after Hawksbee and Jacobs talked about it other week, Film about the popularisation of snooker in 70s and 80s featuring the Higgins v Davis relationship, Might not be everyone's cup of tea but was relevant to my younger days and I thoroughly enjoyed it

I thought it was fantastic. Sad to see what drink did to Higgins. Would be nice to have a follow up documentary with the surviving characters to put some meat on the bones.

Yeah, remember the old days of John Spencer, Ray Rearden, Graham Miles and Fred Davis etc. The pioneers of the game even before Higgins and Davies. Hopefully they'll put it on youtube so I can see it.
