There will be a push soon to make them mandatory because of the idiots.

Someone will then suggest voluntary but you withdraw from society if you don't - no benefits, no education, no NHS, nothing that puts the rest of us sensible people at risk or costs us money because you are a fecking idiot.

Lots will agree, and barely anyone would point out how that would massively backfire on absolutely everybody.

Hell on face value I agree unless there's a real medical reason to not be, but it would go massively wrong because of human nature.

Thankfully it's told us we wasted 2/3rds of the PPE spending and the Gov were very, very naughty with their 'my mate VIP express lane' BUT there was absolutely no hint of corruption, fraud, bestiality, or necrophilia found from the MP's involved.

Well phew....I don't know why people were moneing that there was, we had no hancocking idea that a landlord and pet food maker wouldn't be able to suddenly make medical grade stuff for a pandemic did we.

We won't get the money back now, funnily enough the Tory's wrote it off, but can we get a refund on the fecking pointless inquiry?

This is microcosm of how bad things are. Parents are refusing this vaccine in record numbers.

Obesity is one of those challenging things, people who are poor are more likely to be obese. It is easy, and not exactly wrong to blame the parents for being feckless idiots here. But it doesn't really achieve much. It's probably at the point where more state intervention is need, including more free school meals, including breakfast. More needs to be done in terms of primary health care. I don't really like this, but it's going to save more money in the long run because obese people cost the NHS a lot more over their lifetime.

The NHS should refuse to treat obese people. If you are going to willfully attack your own body, it shouldn't be on the public to fix you up when it all goes wrong.

Never going to happen.
The NHS treats everyone that turns up on the doorstep.
It treats alcoholics, drug addicts, drunks that get into fights, all of which you could claim is self inflicted.
They treat illegal immigrants, people on holiday from abroad, people who deliberately targeted the NHS, health tourists. There is no limit to people it shouldn't treat but does.
And who's going too enforce this, the leftie doctor and administrators.
No they won't even try, because it goes against there beliefs, and most of them couldn't afford to pay any way.
Easier too let the British tax payer pick up the tab.

I’ve seen David Miliband for Foreign Sec and Shabana Mahmood for Chancellor from a few political commentators. Mahmood is a disgrace, bit meh on Miliband.
 
If Mahmood would stop looking for headlines, some of what she's done has been okay.

Ed's fine if you cut through the BS, but he is arguably trying to go too fast and he remains haunted by Truss's pork markets.

Dave returning isn't a bad shout but I can't say I'm enamoured at either Mahmood or Ed being Chancellor, although I've seen arguments better made in his direction.

And as you say, Wittonite would add about 4 degrees of his own to global warming when he heard about it PMSL

I'll keep my powder dry on this one. However, Milliband, as chancellor gives the idiot an open cheque book, and no mandate, too completely bankrupt the country and finish what Rachel from complaints started.
PS The OECD are horrified by the talk of this appointment, if it happens .
