Not too fond of young prospects being labelled the next *insert football legend name here* but I reckon it's only a matter of time before the media/fans labelling of Kelechi begins.

What I want to know is who does his style remind you of?

I'm thinking a type of Eto'o/Kanu hybrid.
 
Well they ain't going overboard tonight. The hacks and pundits will push and push that Liverpool and rag agenda until the end of the season. Let them slavver over each other and we'll keep on trucking.
 
And there it is. Take The Guardian online footy coverage today. Bang. 3 big articles on the rags again. One with a call to arms to the fans from the Tactical Turtle, one about Rooney going after Charlton's goals record and one biggie drenched in arslikhan from Paul Wilson saying how just 3 wins can change their season. Its typically shameless reducing their coverage to a rag fanzine.

Nothing on Man City.
 
We all know Nacho's achievements to date. But its that Martial who still gets drooled over whenever possible. 2 league goals since September. YCMIU.

However long it is it could do with having a naught put on the end of it - last thing anyone wants is a contract being run down a la Sturridge. Get the agents to sort themselves out and put a contract extension in front of the lad.

His current contract is until 2019.

However, there is currently some dispute between 2 rival agents who are claiming to represent him, so we haven't offered him improved terms as of yet until he gets that sorted

Just catching up with Sunday Supplement now and every single story the host highlighted was either about the rags or the Tarquins. Quite happy in some ways to be out of the limelight, sat on the rails in the league and still in contention for four trophies. But the fact that, once again, this achievement has not been at least mentioned. Unbelievable Jeff.

First segment all wetting themselves over Wenger and Punchy Tino

To be fair they later covered City and were wholly positive and complimentary especially about Pellegrini so I will wind my neck in as far as they are concerned :yup:

I saw it as well, and generally agree with you, Skoorb.
One point I thought could've been picked up was one note on the back of one of the tabloids about Nacho being ready for CL football.

I can't remember now which newspaper it was.
