The New General Election

Seems 5 minutes since we had the debate over the EU Referendum and without trawling over it, this new election just proves that something is up.

For someone like me who tends to turn a blind eye to politics, it seems a no brainer that the Tories need ousting as quickly as possible as they've fucked everything up like social care, Education, the NHS as well as allowed the propaganda to go unchallenged over the immigration 'crisis'.

The countries debt is up and with a backdrop of pleading hard up and cutting costs in every department, they seem to find the cash when something like Trident comes up.

In the meanwhile with the influx of shite on the news about the 'immigrants' coming over here to pinch our jobs and cause shite, the amount of shitty programs on about benefit claimants 'creaming the cash in' and the other stuff with it's one sided intention to corrupt the thought train, the real story is always missed.

The last election not even being legal with it being investigated for fraud and a leader who wasn't even elected properly to then announce something that she isn't even legally entitled to.

This stinks of a corrupt regime thinking they know how the voting public will vote with the back up of a brainwashing tactic.

Even today on the news there were old folk saying they'd voted Labour all of their lives but will now vote Tory based on the fact that they'll get us out of the EU for certain and for that reason alone. Jesus wept.

Ignore all the polls that are really only designed to sway the mind of the uncertain, if ever a result needs to go against the expectation then it's this one but then again, is this not the intention so that the country can have a second referendum and a last minute lifeline in staying in the EU under the leadership of a new party? In the background though, someone or some institution raking in billions whilst we're distracted.

I vote to pay my taxes towards a better health system, education and the various other services that have seen cuts to cover the costs of the greedy. Joe Bloggs on the corner deciding how he wants to spend his dole pittance isn't the enemy in this country and that's before they get their sanction.

No offence Mark but if the election wipes out that traitor Corbyns Labour Party it won't in my opinion be a bad thing, and Sturgeon gone too would be a bonus.

From where im standing, Corbyn seemingly wants to bring the 'power' more towards the average Joe but has been massively discredited by the media.

He's got the establishment running scared although too many people seem to be brainwashed by it all and I reckon the further South you go in this country, the stronger this will be.

The list of things wrong under the Conservatives is growing by the week but the focus is shifted onto others with tales of shite. If this was in the dark ages then MP's in parliament would be getting burned alive by the baying mobs who have descended but nowadays they can just deflect the shite regardless of all the evidence around us by using their main mouthpiece, the BBC or whoever else is in the portfolio of the corrupt.

The old saying may be if it's not broke dont fix it but Britain is broken and the brainwashers are making people concentrate on something else. Looks like we're fucked then.

Im out so cant really link anything recent but here's an example.

Corbyn is a nice bloke but he will never win an election and nobody else in the party is any good. Surely this is the perfect time for the election.

I'd normally vote labour but what's the point with corbyn in charge they have no chance.

Regarding people voting Tory because of brexit why wouldn't they. Maybe they are concerned that any other party might try and get out of brexit somehow.

If corbyn had the verbal and debating skills of a farage without the opinions he has I think labour would win the election.

Did people not learn from the last time that voting for one side with blatant lies will lead to further shite?

I was on the fence with the referendum but I know I was fooled by the £350m a week figure and ive changed my mind now.

I also wouldn't be surprised if this whole election thing is a con to pretend that a new referendum can be done as Teresa May for one, was so against leaving the EU until recently.

If we can kick all the foreign trouble-makers out of this country, instead of banging them all up at my and your expense - I'll be fucking delighted.

Good ones? No problem.

Ask the populace of Rotherham the same question.

I remember telling people the 350 million on the side of the bus was a lie.

I was shot down.

A bit like Newcastle Utd, I hope the people who voted for Brexit suffer the most.

With regards to this election. It's all down to the rigged elections.

people talk of the lies etc re brexit, I would wager the lies or mis information was from both sides. I read the other day in the papers that Osbourne's predictions if brexit was successful how the country would go to rack and ruin, only 2 out of his 19 predictions have come true. even the bank of england have came out and said they were wrong. Economy is booming, FTSE is high, countries are lining up to trade with the UK , unemployment is low and other countries could possibly follow suit. Article 50 has just been triggered and brexit is in its infancy but markets have responded since the vote. Re the figure that will be given to the NHS, who knows what it will be, it may be more than whatthey were previously getting prior to the vote which is a step in the right direction, i for one hope its close to the figure initially bandied about.

Regardless of the brexit vote wev'e had 7 yrs of the tories with their boots on the neck of the vulnerable.
Public services have been butchered alongside the N.H.S. education, housing, social care.
Waiting lists for cancer patients are growing, teachers & pupils are stressed, food banks queues are longer etc...all under this vile party.
The vicars fkn daughter is asking the electorate to endorse these policies & they will.
Sad times.
She's promised that Britain will be great again a bit like fatty promising us the champions league, greedy liars.
Apathy is not an excuse.

Curiosity killed the cat but Apathy is the 21st century replacement for it. Hitting everyone as if done by some secret signal from an alien spaceship. More like the media, mobile phones and Faceshite.

Good thread Toon,be interesting to hear folk airing their politics on here.
Normally the tories & ukip voters keep quiet, others don't give a fuck as long as we get promoted.
"You don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows".

The Daily Mail and The Sun will order the gullible Brits to vote for the nasty party, and they will duly follow suit. Then about six months after the election the same idiots will be complaining about it all. I voted fro Brexit when the polls said no chance of it happening. It happened though didn't it, much to the chagrin of those fools who were afraid to vote "leave".

Right now I want whatever is worst for UK. It has to get a lot worse before change happens. In the meantime I'm living in China, and exploiting the weak pound for my own benefit. I don't care one way or the other what happens to the UK. My loyalty is to China if it comes down to it.

It seems a lot of people are prepared to shout about the need for change and then vote against the status quo, without too much though as to what the change they voted for may bring. Look at the developing situation in France to name but one example. There can surely be no easier targets for the media manipulation machine. Lambs to the slaughter.

The same people who were duped by the brexit arguments will be the same people that plunge us into years of Tory rule and misery.

Traitors to the working classes the lot of them.

There's no need to really think of what change may bring but more the fact of what has been achieved under the fraudulent Tories.
