A good move I think. He's been a top pro throughout his career and a real leader. Made the most of himself and hopefully can pass on a few things to our young lads.
His standout performance for us was the 2-0 win over blues at Villa Park. He was a colossus in midfield and completely nullified the lump it up to Juktewitz tactics they tried. Nothing got past him that day.

Midfield enforcer and loveable beard, Mile Jedinak, departed Aston Villa last season as his contract came to a natural end and plenty of fans wished we’d have given him a 12 month extension, even if it was mainly for his leadership and motivation qualities in the dressing room.

With confirmation coming in over the weekend that former midfielder and Australian international Mile Jedinak had officially joined our coaching staff and was now working with Under 18 head, George Boateng, fans were naturally delighted to see the Beard back with us.

Mile, George and Tayls a midfield trio. Wouldn't create too much but our keeper would be pretty relaxed. Compare to Drinkwater, Connor and Luis.

He's been coaching one of the youth teams so hopefully he'll stick around. Not the greatest ability wise but mentality and attitude was a giant.
Always remember his performance vs blues in 2018 where he completely dominated in the air and stopped blues long ball game dead.

Think he might have been hoping that an A League side would offer him something. I think he'll be a great addition to our backroom staff and a good influence on the youngsters.
