Top quality performances lately, watching him on the same pitch as Wan-Bissaka I know who I would want in my side currently.

I personally thought he was playing well overall in a 4 and has had a very good start to life in the big time. I think he can go further than Targett who I believe has a lower ceiling due to his athleticism.

I don’t mind 5 at the back for tough away games, but I think the challenge for Matty is to improve his forward output in a 4 whilst maintaining his defensive work.
