Good news but never really in doubt I felt, as they have little chance at the moment of moving anyone out of their spot at Chelski and unless Mason Mount actually gets into the England squad and needs top-level football to continue his progress I fell we have a chance of actually keeping him at the end of the season if we make the promotion places and we pay a very hefty fee.........................Time will tell I suppose, hope he and Tomori don't go down the Palmer route and fade into the background after a few decent games.

I thought he already was in the England squad? i would be amazed if Chelski would sell him if he has a great season helping us up. and gets on the pitch with the three lions on. Mind you I don't know his contractual position ...
