Glad he's gone. A player who has frustrated us a lot over the years but one who has given us some great moments as well.

I try to remember the positives about players so In the future if Leon wanders across my mind I'll remember the first goal of Unai's reign, the winner vs City, his superb goal against West Ham and his vital goal away at Brugges.

As far as I know he has never downed tools like Ollie and while he was nowhere near the quality we needed he has provided us with some top moments.

The circus around trying to protect his massive wages aside, I actually feel a bit sorry for Leon (in the terms of how sorry I can feel for a successful multimillionaire). He's clearly got the skill to be a top player but the mental toughness of a wet cake. I'm sure a psychologist would have a field day over his relationship with his stepdad.

I watched him down tools whilst on the pitch a few times. Don't know if that's better or worse.

Who knows, he clearly has a mental issue and appears to have lost weight. Was unable to take anyone on in recent times and not able to press, the latter being a minimum, There was clearly some thing weird going on with his step-Dad agent.

Nobody can ever say he wasn't given a chance. Emery gave him enough playing time, a lot more than others that deserved it. Yes, he's had injuries, but so have others, they bounced back, he didn't.

Yup, hugely frustrating as we all saw the player 'he could be' but we are left with moments and hints and little more.

Certainly no ill will compared to some, more disappointment than anything.
