At 3M it makes absolutely no sense not to sign the lad, fuck it double it and it still makes sense. He is 23 and looks to me like he'll only improve. 15 on Mings and 3 on hause and you probably still have have enough to get a right sided CB for 10M with enough of the expected 80M to plug the other gaps.
