Very true. Particularly Targett. Normally came to halt halfway into their half where he stopped and passed inside. Had a great view if of it time and again 2nd half as it was away fans side.

I know some would not have it post match Sunday but Franks defo did a job on our fullbacks 2nd half.

The exact reason why we need to replace Targett, he only plays 4 types of passes. A pass back to Mings, squad balls into the CM or either he fires a floaty lad down the wing or a little dribble type pass up the wing. Cannot and never has beaten a man down the flank.

Digne or Tagliafico would be a gigantic improvement on him. And perhaps even more exciting is putting Coutinho in front of one of those too.

Really . 'Links' are an improvement . I can't believe this. Links are a sign of where we are as a club then ?.

A new transfer window low

5 days in, moved on 2 players that were never going to cut it and linked with a French left back, a supposed fantastic Scottish full back and coutinho who could be magical and is a ridiculous upgrade on the the tat we currently have like El Ghazi, Trezeguet and Traore. Add to that a couple of links to decent looking midfield players. A new low is slightly dramatic to say the least.
