Well an all too common 3-0 victory prediction was graciously accomplished today by our Spurs...providing some high scores...and thereby making math hard for me. I hate you all....kidding...

**Holy shit, my counterpart Walt is killing it. And he isn't even cheating! I know because he is kicking my ass!!! (why would I allow that! Easy answer...I WOULDN'T!!!!)

High Scores:
Kiwi - 10 points for today - I laughed when I read his prediction...Kane on a hatty...comon man. I stand corrected my friend...well played.
Gary - 10 points as well - Holy shit here comes Gary all. You know he spotted us a few points then said " ok bitches, it is go time!!!" and damn near nailed it. Be scared all!

Of course there is some fun to be had at the expense of others:
80, Little Hobo, KL Spur, and Barnsley all gave up and simply didn't predict any scorers at all.
Rackny, Fevvers, Sukhothai, Xvausch, Swanky, Hod, and Jonsey all simply threw up their hands and didn't predict at all...of course all have been shamed -2 points for their efforts!

Honorable mention - SJM1985...well played...well played. Damn fine glove save owning up and figuring out you posted your prediction on the wrong thread and then correcting it. To show I do grant mercy now and then...I allowed it. (plus I was wondering if you would ever catch it! LOL)

Hi all .
it’s predictor thread league table time .
We had a fantastic 32 posts for this game . Incredible , thank you all .
Everyone predicted a win , only five didn’t think Son would score !!!
The highest score was achieved by Meee who stormed home with Four Points .

Seven didn’t post and have incurred the dreaded two point penalty.
Sadly , Top and Stu , who both posted for the first time this week , have been penalised because they haven’t posted before .
Stu is on minus eight and Top starts with minus 7………
A bit of an anomaly, but it’s designed for fairness .
Others who have been playing every week and are on two points would have been overtaken .

No f**k ups where I'm concerned Walt, well done. Trying to work out how to make up seven points on you, knowing that for as long as we keep winning you will be difficult to catch. Watch out for those minus twos though, there are a couple of difficult fixtures coming up.

That’s exactly what the minus twos are for , I fought long and hard against it ……… ha ha .. no I didn’t …… I think it’s a great rule , that will eventually produce the best predictor.
A brilliant idea from USAF . :tophat:

I think I may have to bite the bullet and at sometime actually predict that we won’t win !!! Goes against everything that I am though .
It will be with a heavy heart that I do that . The Chav game coming up is going to test my resolve .
Im also well pissed off that there is a break before we play the NLD, gives them time to reorganise ……

I'm still smarting for predicting Spurs not to lose against City, and still getting a two point negative!
 
Well that was utter trash...and we all learned that we pretty much ALL suck at predicting.

The ONLY two players to actually gain points this weekend were Gary & Barnsley. Hell I think the many folks that simply didn't predict has the right idea...save yourself the pain and take -2 points like the rest of us!

The team should be flogged for embarrassing us all like this!!!

it didn’t make any difference last
night , but I didn’t notice 1882 had altered his prediction and I had to trawl through to find Pompey s scorers . No big deal …..just makes my life a bit easier ….. Nick would know all about that !

Well that sucked...again...for the third straight PL week! Not much to say, but I will say the RD was biggest mover with Vinnie right behind him! Well done lads choosing correctly that we do in fact suck.

I was a dipshit and reversed my prediction at the last second. UGHHHHH.
