Not a spoiler here but I think it is amazing how they get around all the restrictions imposed legally by Top Gear/BBC chiefs or whomever. I guess they are not allowed to have anything that resembles a race track, airfield or anything that constructs as a lap...Brilliant how they get around this!
Well, it was great lots of fun, and looks like it will only get better as the season goes on. You can tell they had more editorial control and a much bigger budget. Very entertaining, the BBC must be kicking themselves in the scruples.
Very enjoyable to watch. It was much better than the "new" top gear which I thought was OK, but something just wasn't right throughout the series. The first episode of the grand tour on the other hand was just pretty much all the things that was good about them before
Better than I thought it was going to be. Quite an epic opening too.
About 1hr 15 min. I guess during the BBC days, they had to cut it a lot to get the timings right. This obviously isn't a problem with on demand programming.
Great fun so far. It'll take a while to grow to what it can become as they are feeling their way, not everything is tried and tested and they need to develope just like they did with TG......they are starting from a much more advanced point though.
If only they'd not limited Prime Video to a few locations they'd have even higher viewing figures, as it is I, and many others, either miss out or watch an "illegal" stream.
