A return of 1-2 youngsters per 'year group' is a good return!

Smith, Cash, Osborn, Brereton & Worrall all first team players - which is a great return!

Burke got sold for £13m!!!

Yates & Ahmedhozic will go back out on loan, both highly rated.... Alex Mighten, Arvin Appiah, Virgil Gomis & Edser are ones for the future.

Walker already on loan, like Jorge Grant - I would imagine Iacovitti, will be loaned out too.

Our academy is doing a good job.

I had to give up on Tyson who was my bright hope.. what, 6 years ago now? Burkey obvioulsy stood out and Cash has always been classy from day one.
Gabriel, Preston Appiah, Gomis and Ahmedhodzic the next bunch to reach the crossroads of 'good enough or needs a loan?" After that, im not sure anyone weve ever loaned out has made the grade at this level, let alone higher but I do realise that getting those loans right might be a skill unto itself and it might start working better eventually. i hope to see this bunch again on Saturday eve
