The Frederic Guilbert Thread

I think ultimately he fell foul of the hierarchy as he was a Pitarch signing and was never going to feature.

Sad that he was treated badly in relation to moving away, but that's football.

Dont know why we didnt let him go in the Summer as we clearly had no interest in using him. Unless maybe they were attempting the get a fee out of someone up until the last minute of the window!
Looked ok in patches for us, but he is nowhere near the level of Cash or Young

From what I've read we asked for 5m which no one outside the top few sides in France were ever paying for a RB with a year left on his deal. Fulham came in for him but he wanted to move back to France. We'd have been better off getting a million for him and letting him move in the summer.

Good luck to him anyway. Always a whole hearted player.

I'd of thought under the scouse twat he'd of been perfect for his crazy idea of using the full backs as wingers 🤷‍♂️

Good luck to him. Never thought he looked a bad player in truth but 3 managers, 2 good ones and shit one, have not fancied him now so better for all to move on.
