I don't know about you, but I've had it with the way our team is playing. This week's episode is sure to have plenty of ranting and raving from myself, and hopefully some clarity from Dave.

Brian, so much to talk about after Monday's horror show. But I wouldn't know where to start.

I feel like Monk's first season in charge when we finished 8th gave the board a false sense of security, that we were a solid top half Premier League side. The following season we soon realised we weren't. The board got lazy, lost the qualities that have got us this far and began concentrating on selling up and making themselves rich. Hardly a coincidence that we're now in a right mess.

You can't simply replace Laudrup with the inexperienced Monk. There's far too much sentiment amongst the club, handing out contracts to the likes of Dyer, Rangel and Routledge, our long-service players when we know they're passed it.

What also really frustrates me is how Huw Jenkins said we had to learn our lessons from last season, and yet the recruitment this Summer has been awful. We couldn't afford to pay out for the likes of Allen, Bony or Chadli - so instead we take a massive gamble and risk our Premier League status instead?!

I know the squad isn't good enough, but we can at least play as a team and work together as one, and pick up some results here and there like Burnley are doing. Their squad is nothing special but they stick to a regular team and system that they're used to and could well survive this season.
 
Oh God. Bradley was asked about Dimitar Berbatov, and he actually said he's on their radar. Just what we need. Another paceless player with a bad attitude. Not to mention he's 35. Dimitar Berbatov. That's where we are at right now.
 
Unbelievable. The whole thing is getting ridiculous. To think where we were 3 years ago.
