The England euros thread

I'm not recommending her.

She's at the top of her game and will continue to have great success there, I'm sure. Unless she has a particular passion for smashing glass ceilings, I doubt she has any desire to switch to the men's game herself.

It'd be like a man coaching women - unthinkable.
It used to be common but thankfully less so now with the big countries.

Shift someone like Klopp over to coach the women and it would be pointless. He wouldn't know the leagues, the players, the opponents, the tactics, the bits of coaching to focus on.

You can learn. But international football, where every competitive game matters is probably not the place

That's right chap, now you mention it I've never seen him on the touchline in a wheelchair chap

Not that I expected any less on this vile, vile forum, I am simply passing on WHAT I had heard in good FAITH & the clique jump all over it, I remember when this used to be a safe space to talk FOREST without the BS.

only just heard the southgate news, hardly a suprise. i think hes possibly the worst manager tactically we have had in my lifetime and boy we've had some crap ones. lets see whos bottom of the barrel n has no chance of a job for the fa to interview

The Spanish FA was slagged off for selecting De La Fuente, and look what happened.

The Press, who know fuck all about picking Managers, will have their favourite, and will no doubt be spouting off about being the voice of the people, and the supporters, who know less than the press do, will be demanding the impossible in Guardiola or Klopp.

Potter or Howe will be on death row before a ball has been kicked
mate, me and you could have led england to that final tbf

This merely highlights how delusional some people are.
yes, but those that don;t agree with my comment, which altho tongue in cheek is suggesting that any manager with any aptitude would have got through that draw, we had the worst tactical manger at the tournament imo
