Good manager but totally pointless to appoint her.

She has no knowledge of the players or the men's game. It's a very different game physically and tactically. All the knowledge and experience she has that has done so well would be reset to zero. All her extensive knowledge of the English players, reset to zero. Years of experience- and a big chunk of it would be irrelevant

I'm not recommending her.

She's at the top of her game and will continue to have great success there, I'm sure. Unless she has a particular passion for smashing glass ceilings, I doubt she has any desire to switch to the men's game herself.
