Leeds hit the bar 3 times in the first 5 minutes v Pompey and we’re 1-0 up after 10 minutes through a penalty. Leeds were all over them. Half time score
Leeds 1 Pompey 2

Edit 2-2 straight after HT

Bogle poor for Portsmouth's equaliser. Credit to him for keeping a straight face when he said he was a solid defender in his announcement video.

Stoke having the better of it against the Galictos of Coventry, but still 0-0. Coventry are fun to watch but that's not a promotion winning defence. Don't believe the hype, same with the Pigs.

Our pals Marseille up to their tricks. They've low balled Norwich for Jonathan Rowe and to push the move he's refused to play.

He's been with Norwich since he was 11, owes them everything, and this is how he behaves. Ungrateful toerag.

Yes Bogle was well out of position for Pompey's first.

Talking of being late, anybody else noticed that the Sky+ channel commentary is about a second behind the play. I noticed it in our game last night with both the goals and it's the same with the Leeds game. Somebody shoots snd the commentator doesn't shout until the ball's in the keeper's arms. Other channels are ok.

And Leeds level it 5mins in too little too late for my bet but at least we’re above Leeds in the table

Leeds are consistently the nuttiest and most bottlesome team in the Championship.

Meanwhile in L1, Englishman Kelvin Ehibhatiomhan scored for Reading.

On the fullbacks he brought in Danny rohl said they were both excellent defenders 😳 he’s not seen max play as he 😂😂😂

Still fancy 2 of Leeds, Luton Burnley and Wednesday to make the automatics. However, far too early yet to make any sensible predictions (so I haven’t).

Lowe making the Pigs' dominance count. No Plymouth player near Bannan who's pulling the strings. Plymouth look like what you'd expect for a Rooney team. Bizarre appointment.

The Swede Ingelsson's looked good next to Banana. I see he's joined from Hansa Rostock - is that allowed in the Fascist Islamic Republic of Keirdistan ?

Rostock are notoriously very faaaar rigggght. Extremely problematic, lock em' up.

Plymouth have slapped a 15 million quid price tag on Whittaker. They'd be lucky to get 150k on this showing.

They need to bring in new players and they need money to do that, hopefully this sharpens minds when it comes to letting Cooper go. 6 million sounds like them playing silly buggers.

Pity we have to wait until Dec 14th to play Plymouth.
I don’t half fancy our press against this lot and Andre Brooks et al against their left back.
I fear they may be much improved by December - whoever their manager.
