The BNP Are Bad, But Not As Bad As ISIS.

I dont trust Scientists on many issues and I promise you the Maldives are still there and I promise you that the Chinese and Germans are building Power Stations fired by Coal.

Nothing those Scientists claim is conclusive, the Maldives survuial is proof enough of that and I was not rude about your opinions so kindly be as polite, why do all lefties see the need to be nasty if someone does not agree with there opinons as we witnessed last night on the Syrian issue

Conclusive you say ? they have been talking bull shit for decades

Of course you trust scientists! Unless you don't use medicines, watch TV, drive a car, sit in chairs, use a computer, wear glasses, live in a structurally sound house, listen to the radio, etc. Everything is based on science. You choose a handful of issues on which you 'disagree', and you form your opinion without bothering to digest the information available to you.

You are consistently rude about scientists and lefties. i.e. the people. You pigeonhole me as a lefty. You know I am a scientist. Therefore you are rude about me, personally.
I was rude about your opinion because it is not based on any respectable sources or evidence. Also, it is wrong.

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.
In the 70s the idea of anthropogenic global warming was an extraordinary claim. It has since acquired more than sufficient evidence within the best framework we have. Because of that, nowadays the opposite is true and deniers bear the burden if proof if they are to refute the idea. You provide no evidence whatsoever other than articles sneering at anecdotes. Moreover, you acknowledge that you don't understand the science. Even when I help you to understand you don't want to listen or learn, you'd rather point out that the Maldives still exist as though that had any relevance to the debate.

And you haven't answered any of my questions - I know you're hot on that.

I actually did not know you were a Scientist ITTO and I said I did not trust Scientists on many issues not all of them and this does include Healthcare.

Monsanto ?

Scientists can be wrong on many issues and frequently are getting them to admit to it is altogether another matter

That is absolutely not the way science works. If mistakes are made they are corrected as part of the same ongoing process. Most scientific writing is incremental improvements and corrections rather than earth shattering new ideas.
Whether or not you knew what I do for a living, you called me brainwashed last week. At least 'Righties' don't resort to such low name calling and personal attacks...

Yeah what further proof does anyone need that Cameron is a rude arrogant bully and 1st class Dickhead

As are all those Lefties who threatened to force deselection on any MP who dared agree with the Govt on that, who emailed those threats and Corbyn who hinted darkly that they would hear more

I thought the best speech was Alan Johnsons

Why we need to Bomb those poor People I do not know, stay out of it is my view and spend the money elsehwere, ending Austerity perhaps :14:

Not sure about Corbyn's "dark hints" or threats. Here are his actual words on that subject,

"Politics is about passion, values and principles. I joined the Labour Party because of the beliefs it stood for and now as its leader I want us as a party to return to our collective Labour principles that our great party was founded on.
I want a great debate within the party, I want all our members to have the opportunity to help create the policies that will lead us to victory in 2020. With a party of over 380,000 members we will not always agree and I think that is healthy for our party democracy.
But democratic debate comes with responsibilities – the responsibility of respect for others, even if they don’t agree with you. Over recent days I have received a number of reports that there have been some incidents where Labour Party members and MPs have been abused. Unfortunately the Prime Minister took part in this himself by downgrading this debate by calling those who vote against extending airstrikes “terrorist sympathisers.”
I want to be very clear – there is no place in the Labour Party or from those that support us - for bullying of any sort, from any side of the debate. It flies in the face of everything I believe and everything I stand for.
Let us – all of us in the Labour Party - focus on building a party that can win in 2020. Let’s do that in a comradely fashion.
Let's turn out and together take the opposition to the Tories and deliver a Labour government the country so desperately needs; housing for all, a world class national health system, well-paid and high-skilled jobs – an equal and fair society."

And then , of course, he allowed a free vote by his MPs.

NOoooo ITTO that was after all the kerfuffle and was his Official statement as it was all getting out of hand and Labour MPs were posting the threats on Twitter

Before then in an interview on the BEEb he dropped hints about how those MPs who voted against would no doubt be hearing from there local associations etc and would have to answer later for there actions

Mind you I think they are mostly all Nobs, Maybelline Boy Burnham was flip flopping all over the place

ww.garnautreview.org.au/update-2011/garnaut-review-2011.html

This also a right wing conspiracy ?

It is Animal Farm all over.

"This is pure democracy at its finest, as long as you agree with us" "Everyone is equal, but some more equal than others"

These sorts used to be paid by the USSR to cause disruption and disent.

I don't recall any of that in the Animal Farm film I watched

I think you will find it was Ken Livingston who went public with the de selection garbage.

De selection is a double edged sword; it is just a likely to happen to one of his buddies as one of his opponents.

Probably sounds like something he would say

Here is one of Corbyns and I quote

" there will be no hiding place after the vote for those Labour MPs who in favour of the motion " on the BBC

I actually think he is right on this but he spoils it all with those veiled dark threats, as do his supporters with the nasty threatening emails they are sending

I don't think that is remotely threatening!

There is no hiding place, its an inescapable fact.

Sometimes Politicians have to vote for such action; doesn't mean it should not be on their consciences.

Calvin Plummer - 6/12/2015 11:41

Labour had a free vote, Tories used a whip.....

Yet many Tories voted against it would not have gone through without the Labour MPS support , we can ignore the fact Comrade Corbyn only backed down on whipping his MPs as half his Shadow Cabinet threatened to resign shall we. We can also ignore the mob that demonstrated outside the Labour MPS House or maybe the threats made on Twitter and other social media ?

As it happens I think it is a disgusting decsion and see no point in Bombing Syria for the next 3 years , destroying its infrastructure and forcing it into the Middle ages
Putin wont allow Assad to be overthrown, the Turks are supporting ISIS as they are keeping the Kurds occupied, its a load of bollox

All it will do is enrich Arms Manufacturers, remind me how many MPs past and present have links to defence contractors.?

War these days is about £profit

Would have been a hell of a lot closer had the tories not been whipped. Seems strange to criticise labour when we know that any minister voting against the government would definitely have been sacked.

Probably failed as it should

Bloody ridiculous awfull decision

I criticise Labour for there threats and thuggish attitude , there take over by the loony left, there disregard for law and order but if I agree with what Comrade Corbyn decides on any issue then I am not partisan I will say so

I saw Socialism at first hand, I saw desperate hollow eyed East German Housewives queuing for a loaf of bread and came away with a visceral hatred of the left.

I don't like Capitalism much either but out of the two it's better than Socialism and Cameron is a rude arrogant self serving Liar the true heir to Blair out of the two Comrade Corbyn at least has conviction but is nuts and is encouraging mob rule

We don't have a leader worthy of the name and haven't since , love her or hate her Maggie, the Germans are calling the shots now

You do realise Mr Cameron considers us terrorist sympathisers now...

I'm not sure East Germany is a fair representation of socialism but I do agree that the only winners in this are the military industrial complex.
