The All New TV Thread

I'm watching Curb Your Enthusiasm at the moment. I got bored with Netflix and unsubscribed. I'm now on HBO Max. They have a load of decent stuff. The only thing is that the things I know are good are things like The Wire and The Sopranos that I've already seen.

Is there anything on HBO Max that I should look out for?

The Robin Hood thing is decent, nothing earth shattering but watchable

The Leftovers is great (not a comedy)

Deadwood, Boardwalk Empire, Succession, just from memory.

The White Lotus is HBO I think, if memory serves me right. Well worth a watch if you
haven’t seen it already. 3 seasons with a 4th on the way apparently.
 
+1 to White Lotus (the second season in Italy is the best imo) and season 1 of the Pitt

Homeland.

Finally got through all 96 episodes from 8 seasons and loved it.

Personally I find it's sort of sad when a TV series you really like finishes and you say a final goodbye to the characters that you spent so much time with and enjoyed watching get through each situation they find themselves in.

I found it the same with Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul as well. Great characters who made the shows so watchable.

On a positive note, it was great to see my favourite serial killer Dexter literally brought back with Dexter: Resurrection.

It's OK, though, as Dexter only kills those who deserved to die!
 
I Will Find You on Netflix. I’m better than col8 because I have watched them all! It is very good.
 
Legends. Finished watching the series last night, and I enjoyed it.

I Will Find You. Watched it last week, and sorry to go against the grain, but although it was watchable, I personally found it all rather predictable, and it sort of reminded me of an American type B movie.
