It's safe to say that we, as supporters now have an owner/chairmen of the club that none of us have ever seen. And it feels mighty good!
1. Plenty of financing
2. Hire the right people for specific roles (CEO, Scouting/DOF, Coaching Staff)
3. Let those people do their jobs
4. Instill a youth-based transfer policy that sees a potential return on investment
5. Stay out of the limelight so that fans and the football correctly get the attention
6. ???Rename the Witton Lane Stand????? I can but hope.....

The BBC are reporting that Xia couldn't pay £30m to Lerner as was specified in their sale agreement so the debt fell on the club.
