The all new rolling Specubollox Transfer thread

Unsettled player around the rag dressing room for next few months......outstanding :yup:

(I am pretty certain that the departure of our unhappy campers has been a contributory factor in our success and focus so far)

I think it'll end in January with De Gea signing a pre-contract.
Real Madrid will also have a player (Navas) in the same sort of boat - not wanted now, and it's January before anything is officially confirmed

Not matter how good PP is I think he has a lot of baggage, just like Mario did, I really hope Barcelona will sign him, I can only think that he would disrupt the team and that is what we have just now.

The harmony and collective focus that exists currently within our squad is priceless - literally.

It is a quality that is ephemeral, intangible and unquantifiable but we know it when we see it and recognise it's value even if we can't put a figure on it. You can threaten, cajole and intimidate a squad to perform for a limited period and get results but it is not in my eyes a solution for the longer term. I'd much rather have the situation that we have at our club than the poisonous atmosphere that must now exist at the swamp after what Van Ghoul has done. No one will feel secure or safe (save perhaps for Rughead) given the way he has treated some of the players - Di Maria, De Gea, Valdes etc. He is on borrowed time IMO and a domestic trophy will be an absolute minimum for his survival but even then failure to succeed in the CL or qualify for the competition next season would see him gone. Long may the turmoil continue. :yup:

Let's put in a £25m bid for Shaw - obviouly we'll pay whatever the rags want but he could be our long term solution at left back. We could buy him and then loan him back to the rags.

Here's one player we won't be signing in January (It's his "Dream" to play for United anyhow, so why we'd want him in the first place...)

Deffo picked the right team to want to join then :rolly:

Maybe a new left back, which we sure do need.

I'd suggest this is a bad idea, especially as DeMichelis is approaching the end of his contract.

Galatasaray in talks with Man City over wonder-kid defender

Hers one that has been on here since we became the world's richest club,

Messi.......But this time it appears he is 'open ' to going to the EPL, with Us,The Rags, and Chelsea favourites for his signiture, but,and he has used this tactic before, it is time for his discussions with Barca over a new contract, but with them in financial dire straights and Neymar due for his pay talks as well, they could be 'open' for negotiations, but, could it be football political suicide for any president who sanctions the transfer of the world's best player from Catalonya?

Whatever the reason is sure as he'll not going away......

Barca will not let Messi go until he's way past his best. Pity the poor club that gets duped into paying utterly silly money for a 33 year old with no legs left.

At 28 he's an attractive proposition simply for the publicity alone, but he simply won't leave Barca
