Thank you Pellegrini

Thank you for the best football I've ever witnessed a City team playing ( albeit only for four months )

Thank you for giving the club some credibility in Europe's elite competition.

Thank you for the three trophies you added to the cabinet during your tenure.

And thank you for representing the club with class and dignity throughout. :005:

Today is a day for a thank you, whatever you may've thought about Pellegrini.
We also have a bright future as well, irrespective of how much groundwork may need to be made.

Last night, I asked a question on radio on a one word answer to describe Pellegrini's three year tenure, and the two answers I received were 'bare minimum' and 'plateau'.

Thinking about it, I've come up with 'patchy'.

What about yours, VMC?

Spot on.

One of life's Gentlemen and in many ways has been a credit to the club. First season , fantastic, but the last two, despite the CL semi, we have under achieved, albeit with extenuating circumstances.

However, Manuel, thank you for what you have done for our club, and I wish you well wherever you go , except against us !

It was downhill, patchy after the Beast got injured, lost form and went back to Spain. He leaves with the third best win record ever in the Prem, so he was doing something right, I wish him well at Everton.
