Love it, Ian. I have a mate, who generally is responsible parent with a good job. He does the text talk, and he's older than me. I may use this on him.

I had to click on the attachment to see it though. It's not loading in the post.

It's an odd thing, it's always like that when i upload attachments on my tab. I've no idea why.

Yeah, just tested, sometimes it is the actual code of the image, only had it occasionally but there are some that don't like to upload.

Same here, Heath. I can't stand it either. I have just downloaded the picture to add to my phone for future use.

Back in the early millennium , when text talk first came in, I loved it, like alot of us at that time. Didn't take long for the silly feeling of it all to wear off.

I have 1 or 2 who still do text talk. I can see this being sent out a few times by me too :14:

Funnily enough, when my daughter wants to reply to say okay, she puts kk.Not referring to you Kefkat, but why put kk,when k would do the same job.

LOL yes my 2nd son has that as a habit too. KK is indeed popular :19:

Oh and it bugs the heck out of me when you get 1 word replies from them. Sheer waste of a text even though they are generally unlimited now

and why not ok instead of kk...

it is all a bit mindless!

I've ignored a few texts when I've had to stop and think what the hell the abbreviations mean!

I always thought the idea was to shorten the sentence, but kk isn`t shorter than k and the other favourite is yh yh man.Yes is far shorter than yh yh man.I know yes doesn`t carry the same amount of street cred, but who cares !
Just about every phone gives you a list of predicted words,so text talk probably takes longer to type these days.

It makes me cringe tbh text talk, u no wot i mean L8erz innit GRRRRRR
