In the second half I counted 6 yes SIX pieces of consecutive play where a short cross came in only to be returned to the wing for yet another short cross to come in and then be returned to the wing . This pointless tedium went on for well over 2 minutes while the ball was passed back to the wing 6 Times until the last short cross came in and we lost the ball . Who the hell is coaching our players to play like that I ask myself ?
 
Just watched the highlights - build-up play seemed really really slow unless it was the speed of the clip. Yet again we saw chances created one on one with the keeper and all thwarted. Rhodes penalty on Saturday and Leitner and Srberny today were poor side footed low power shots which could really only pass as passes. Whats happended to the power hitting give the keeper no chance. This aspect has to be stamped out. Matches are not about showing off finesse, they're about scoring with certainty. Come on DF get them powered up.
 
The performance was poor and slow.
Steve, the clip was probably speeded up to get it to look slow
and not totally snail like as it really was.
