Team of the decade - Goalkeeper

We are coming to the end of 2019 and ready to enter another decade.

Going to go through all the positions to see who we all rate as our best player in each position over the past decade.

We will start with the goalkeepers. If anyone says Paul Rachubka you can only be his dad.

Most I can think of over the past ten years.

I would have to judge it over a fair amount of appearances so I would go for Rob Green.

Kiko Casilla might be one day,
Kasper Schmeichel would have been with more time, so you have to say Rob Green at this time.

Hmmmm, not an easy one. I cannot separate Schmeichel and Green so I'm electing 2 goalies! lol!

I always thought Kasper did not command his box whilst at Leeds but he sure has gone on to be a top class goalkeeper in the premier league.

Alex McCarthy was excellent for us.

McCarthy was superb. A shame we only had him for a month. He's never really gone on to be a top keeper .
