Tattoo Thread

The top 1 isn't perfect with re-sizing however you get the idea. Over the top of the angel and baby 1 I also have wording to my late Mom
 
When I met my wife she said no to tattoos. We came to an agreement that if we reached an FA Cup final , I could have one, so in 2000 I had the then Villa badge on my right arm.

I am going into a local shop tomorrow to book this years !!!!!

Only problem is, there is a six month waiting list - he is good though.

I am having the 1956-57 shielf badge with the prepared scroll - which to me, should always be the badge.

I wish now I had the round badge and not the 90's badge originally.

Oh well, maybe next year !
 
I am defo having a Villa badge tattoo this year, i keep saying it for years but i want one of the older badges, and i like the idea of when we win the FA Cup having the trophy badge and Sherwoods face behind it in honour.
 
6 months waiting list?!?!? Heard that Vivid Ink in Sutton Coldfield are good. Anybody confirm this. How much extra do you pay if you go from good to brilliant? If I'm going to get it done I don't want to regret it.

for a top quality tattooer, you're looking at about £100-150 p/hour
 
West midlands tattoo centre in cannock are bloody brilliant too.

Yes have heard vivid ink are special also.

There is a bloke though from birmingham who works alone who had a monsterous waiting list but his art work is just incredible. Will try and find his name.
 
Never been sure about chest tattoos, I suppose it depends. This is an example of an extremely dodgy one. It isn't straight and I have no idea what it's supposed to be.

Yeah, with me to be fair there is a 10" scar and busted up ribs that are mishaped, not as bad as they were after some of the ops, but nevertheless, I think it is time to get a bigger one that I have to help sort of 'distort' the distortion. Think it will play tricks with the eyes and flaten out the busted bits.

Always a personal thing who puts what where obviously. I'd not have the one Connor has going as high, most of it looks ok to me, the crown sticking up over clothes wouldn't work for me but as said, we all have our own ideas and ideals!

I've just enquired to Moseley Ink... see which of their artists they'd recommend. I did think about going to Sutton Ink but quite a way to travel home after a tiring tattoo session.

If at first you dont succeed, try try again as my late Mom used to say. She had loads of saying did Mom for everything.

PS She hated my tattoo's and never understood why I wanted them LOL
 
Think I'm going to go visit vividink Mosely. . Looks a very good artist there called Dev.
