Swans v Birmingham

After their 1-0 win over play-off finalists Brentford last Saturday, Birmingham visit the Liberty to play the Swans on Saturday with their tails up, hoping to cause another upset. To put that win in context, Brentford beat Southampton’s first team 0-2 in the Carabao Cup a few days later.
New manager Karanka is an experienced Championship manager and he will be looking for another scalp. He’s just signed a talented striker in Scott Hogan from Aston Villa for an undisclosed fee to partner Lukas Jutkiewicz up front. Hogan was on loan with them for part of last season and scored 7 goals in 17 appearances. Also goalkeeper Neil Etheridge has joined them from Cardiff for an undisclosed fee (I’m surprised that Cardiff let him go).
For us, with no new signings, and no injuries, expect Steve Cooper to name the same team that did so well at Preston last week.

A bore fest. We are blunt up front.
Reluctant with subs again. Cullen for Lowe with 5 mins to go, too little too late
