Hope you all are doing well, my MBA classmate and I are doing a consultancy project
for Aston University with Aston Villa Football Club in regards to the impact of
Social Media on fan engagement.

Needed to acknowledge the importance of the fan based media such as VV and those groups invited to the meeting. What we don't need is mindless propaganda. Facts, news and interesting features. Two way communication. The General K experiment under Lerner was useful.

Don't use any of the standard media stuff like Twitter; that might puzzle them a bit.
