I thought it was 15% of any profit so if Forest get £60m then that's a £46.5m profit.

15% of that is about £7m

Can't see us signing Scalvini but it would an unbelievable coup if it happened. Lascelles who imho was not the best even before his injury is a liability and needs replacing. Brutal as it may seem, we have to step up otherwise the septic 6 will laugh and carry on.

Longstaff going for £12m is pure profit on the books and year 1 of Elanga covered, so shouldn't affect any big outlay. May mean we could yet see Mbeumo here or a top midfielder.

keeper situation needs sorting and a new central defender and striker. Anything else would be a bonus but those 3 positions are crucial.The spine of the side.
You cannot go into Europe with one striker.
Wilson has finally departed, long overdue, but Howe is reluctant to let anyone go and that is his weakness.
They seem to only be able to do one deal at a time which is time consuming.
Still would not be surprised by a major departure.

The fact that he offered Wilson and Ruddy new terms says it all. Both past their end date. Fortunately Wilson rejected the offer, else he would have taken up a squad place and spent the season in the treatment room.
