With our summer window I'm sure he'll be able to rest in January aswell

I would expect a quiet January after the amount of players we've brought in during the Summer and the money that's been spent. Unless we have injuries that need covering or maybe a loan recalled I can't see us doing much at all really. Signs of a really good Summer window.

Only slightly related to transfers but Martin Hodge being linked back here. I can’t remember what transfers he was involved in but seems to have had a decent window with Hull under very strict conditions. Perhaps another sign that we are now a more attractive proposition if we are able to prise him away from another Championship team, albeit they are unable to spend for another 2 windows I believe.

On Adam Idah, the £40k reports are over the top but he's still on a big wage down here and with signing on fee on top, it could cost the club £12.5-15m over his 5 year contract. That's really big money for the owners to put in.
