Vital Youth Team
You have to commend the effort from the owners to give us a competitive squad despite losing so many players. The intent is there and hopefully we can keep progressing now.

Not sure how it works but could have all gone through but haven’t received the final confirmation? How can there be uncertainty if a deal sheet wasn't needed? Surely that can only mean that someone at Swans/Burnley has filled out a form incorrectly???
Highest spend relative to the competition since the 2006 summer window I’d say although I could be wrong. Hope it all works out for usView attachment 83483
Second highest net spend in the league, only behind Wrexham. We must have massive commercial deals lined up because the maths isn't adding up at the moment. Silly amount of backing, two good players per every position, no excuses this season.
We've shifted big wages over the last 6-12 months, which isn't accounted for here.View attachment 83483

Wages will help, but we were already reporting eight-figure operating losses per year recently, and that was including some sales. To have such a large net spent, there's got to be money coming in from somewhere soon or we'd be breaking PSR surely? We've shifted big wages over the last 6-12 months, which isn't accounted for here.
I don't believe we've declared our most recent P&L, it's always a year in lieu. I take your point, but people perhaps miss that we're often reviewing finances a year out of date (at minimum), don't consider that we were paying Grimes and Darling hefty wages, have elsewhere reduced operating costs significantly, seemingly have grown our commercial, and have plans to continue that in the near future.Wages will help, but we were already reporting eight-figure operating losses per year recently, and that was including some sales. We also cleared the wages of Kukharevych, Yates, Pedersen, Allen and Naughton this summer, all of whom were likely on big contracts (mostly thanks to Mr Watson).I don't believe we've declared our most recent P&L, it's always a year in lieu. Sorry, being a nerd here.
Hold up / issue was with Burnley doing their bit mate.Don’t get the hold up with this Benson deal? If we didn’t use that deal sheet then the club obviously thought it was all done by 7pm. Either you’ve sent it in on time or you haven’t?
