Definitely could be, could be totally insignificant but as a rule of thumb an employee leaving after a short period isn't ideal.

You can only presume that any rejection in this case is politically motivated with Iran being a supposed 'undesirable' country.

If you lose a senior member of staff to a rival firm within six months you'd not at least raise an eyebrow?

Without knowing why he chose to leave it’s a bit difficult to decide whether to be concerned or not.

If things were going to shit off the field then you would have an idea but we seem to be doing well in that respect so there is no real reason to worry.

I think sometimes people confuse 'concern' with the opportunity to criticise the club's hierarchy based entirely on speculation and a complete lack of any fact.

Personally I find it difficult to be concerned about an employee leaving whom we had no idea what his actual job role was.

Surely it would be of more concern if the kitman left? At least we know what he actually does.

In most walks of life then yes, it would be a concern - but not in football and not when we lose him to a club with an EPL budget!

The job at WBA also sounds as though it is a step up from the role he had here.
