Aston Villa's Easah Suliman sent England's Under 19 side on the path to victory in today's U19 European Championship Final against Portugal.

Certainly sharp for the goal, didn't see the game itself so can't overly comment but the lad's stock keeps growing and growing doesn't it.

I'm hoping we get him out on loan this summer to build on his games for Cheltenham last season. Half a season L2 then second half of season see how he steps to L1 to bring him on further.

Good for Suliman. Trouble is he will get nowhere near the first team cos SB knows it is make or break for him.

No agree, and think he's not ready yet for our first team at Champ level hence half a season in L2 and then L1 to bring him on that touch more.

Staying in our U23's is no good to a kid who has shown his kind of growth over the last few seasons and it's a mistake we've made before, we need to get him out and get him games.

We've some cracking youngsters who we've not seen much of. O' Hare impressed me the other night. What we need is a first team who are doing reasonably well, then we can introduce them gradually.

Bruce is scared to play younger guys, he prefers to try and resurrect players like Gabby, Richards, Samba. To be honest I don't care if they are 16 or 36 so long as they can pass the ball ffs.

All this bullshit about U23's .... if a guy is good enough to play for his country at U19 level then he is good enough to play in the second division, how the hell are they ever going to get any experience. We dont give our guys a chance, we buy other peoples guys cos they have been integrated into a team and performed well.

Play him, bring him on in games we are leading 2-0 with 20 to go....

Lets put him on the pitch and see what he can do and not let him have another season at a lower level.

Michael Owen was 18 playing for the full England team.................

Suliman is 19 and we want him to play at a lower level for a few seasons before moving to Liverpool or Arsenal.

Yeah, if he proves to be any good, which he is, he'll be off by this time next year at the latest, playing for some club in the Premiership.

Nice article about Easah.

He's 20 in January so I see no reason why he shouldn't be involved this season if he's good enough. Would rather see him given game time than Mercenary Samba given a fat contract.

How the hell is he not ready? he's nearly 20 - so yes he's young, but hardly a toddler. If he's any good, get him involved. I hate the way our squad is building up under Bruce. Boring old journeymen hacks
