We seem to be receiving a lot of feedback from opposing fans with reference to our style of play. These have ranged from a us being a, dirty team to a physical but fair team. IMO we have continued the same style that we played in last season but have a bit more quality from the players when the it is appropriate. If teams are thinking we are over physical it probably explains why teams have been struggling when they get relegated.

We mix it up, keep it simple and only tend to try and play football in the right areas from what I've seen. In my experience if you are a big club and go direct you are classed as a fast attractive counter attacking side. If you are an un-glamorous side and play direct you are classed as a bunch of long ball hoofing thugs.

The team who beat us thought we played nice football and the teams who we beat or drew with thought we were physical and dirty, funny that!

The little bit from the 2 minutes on youtube look like they did a bit of a number on Green clapping the ref for his 1st booking and then giving him quite the send off when he got his red.
They were also looking for seconds after their player saw red.
Many of the cynical time wasting used by teams us included were first used by former Stevenage manager Graham Westley.
Pot and kettle spring to mind with Stevenage.
