Yay

Would be given every day of the week at the other end

Likewise Herrera taking out Fernando to clear the path for Mata. That was an obstruction and I'm pretty certain from Dean's reaction he was more concerned at saying it wasn't a penalty.

Dean gave them pretty much everything

I thought Dean was ok first half that penalty and the yellow for Nacho aside but someone leaned on him at ht, they must have done to explain that second half performance where he let the crowd ref the game for him.

I thought he was especially weak in falling for every trick in their playbook (written by Maureen) with Herrera and Twatan being the biggest playactors. Herrera went down writhing after he obstructed Fernando before the goal, clearly trying to con a penalty but miraculously was pain free when he saw why his obstruction had led to. I'm surprised Twatan was able to get involved in delaying the restart after Pogba's studs up challenge on Otamendi at the end given that his ankles appeared to have been broken multiple times in the second half. There was one where Fernando caught him on the toe of his boot and yet he lay clutching his ankles (he couldn't decide which one was broken). And Herrera's exaggerated leap after one tackle had me :067:

Yep, the cheating big nosed twat was buying frees for fun off Dean at the end, any sort of contact he knew if he hit the turf the crowd would scream and Dean would duly oblige, it was pathetic.

Before anyone starts, I'm not blaming the ref on the result, I'm just making an observation based on how how awful he was.

The funny thing about that Herrera/Fernando challenge in the lead up to their goal was Tyler suggesting Dean had a good look to see if it was a penalty, at least try to hide your bias Martin ffs.

Herrera. Bit of a ratbag but only the latest in a long line of actors that have played for the rags. Valencia, Fellatio and Ronaldinho just to name three.

A definitive Shakespearean tragedy, or much ado about nothing
