He couldn't hold his feelings back it seems! Throwing the players under the bus here? Telling them publicly pretty much that they're not good enough is not great man management? I like Russ and I really want him to succeed as it'll be great to watch but don't feel he's going about it the best way in recent weeks. I feel he can be too stuck in his ways and won't adapt where necessary. There's more than 1 way to win a game of football and sometimes you have find different ways, we only showed that vs Blackburn because of the sending off.
