I am just about to take out my uk pension,a masive total of about 50k euros. Everything I have own cos ive had a life of never ever saving.
50% of my income ends up with with my rescued animals etc for one reason or another, never married and had kids etc so with renting etc as a single person has aways been more expensive to ive than for families of course.
Whilst I am going to try and invest this money into my dream plot( (about to update orf on this, hence on this side of the forum) it does mean i have no pension and have to start from scratch. With that n mind I started an investment portfolio about 3 months ago and currently putting 300eu pm into it to get started.
Altho i havent invested personally, im a bright lad right?

, apparently well suited to portfolio management, and after watching the pension fund the last year or two it suggests I couldnt do any worse.. lost 15% value the last 2 years in the UK.
Some blatant Nuances, tiny costs that when when added up will negate many profits made. Avoiding the initial costs of just a few euros can save/earn thousands over a few years. (I intend 7+) Im pretty sure, looking at other peoples portfolios that they arent considering al lthese details and make it harder than it could be.
Spent time sorting my interests, sustainability, animal welfare, ai and automation etc and then find the cheapest trading platform. On Degiro theres quite a bunch of 'free'trades.
So far 16 interests, mainly EFT's
