Very sad news. I remember during last season Steve mentioned about visiting his very sick mum. You could see what family meant to him. I reckon he’ll be devastated.

It is tough especially if he has not been able to say goodbye.The club simply has to let him go north if he wishes to do so.A Scottish pre season trip would indeed make a lot of sense if financially we can do it.

Paul Ince was a customer of mine once.During his playing days (with Man U I think.)Seemed ok on the day. I only met him once. I was working in Knightsbridge at the time.
