He’s an utter scumbag and I’d love to see him get the utter shit kicked out of him, but legally he should still be treated properly. Evidently the police/wardens have failed in a certain aspect to a cellmate’s safety in a high security area. Remember, every one of us may find ourselves in prison. Who’s to say how we’ll react if a scumbag rapes and murders our daughter, before being let off on a technicality?
 
….Or, as I have witnessed, a local landlord who was accused and had his business destroyed. Yet went to court and proved the incident could not have happened.
