Some very good points there.

I got back from a week end away last night and I am not surprised by the reaction to the results.

You would think that some people would learn things from experience, but no.

We, and all the other clubs for that matter, will lose points we did not expect to lose and pick up points we did not expect to pick up.

It happens every season.

Far too early to go into panic mode.

Lose the next game and it will feel like panic mode.

Well, if he only has the Wolves game to save his skin, he might be struggling.

We have not beaten Wolves at Home since 2013, a whole ten games ago.

I do not believe that myself; there will not be a queue of quality managers wanting to take over a club in our situation, with no transfers until the season's end.

I cant see there being too many wanting to step in as caretaker either.

If we put in another Leeds like performance and lose to wolves, would you still defend getting rid?

I am not defending him.

Who is going to come in and have a potential relegation on their CV?

Dyche inherited someone else's mess, and not everyone out there is a potential replacement.

There is also the perception aspect to deal with; four managers in one season is a terrible indictment on the person who appoints the managers in the first place, and that is not a big selling point.

People gob off about sacking the manager without thinking of the consequences.

If that is a reference to not paying Silva's compensation, it is simply not true.

Silva would not leave Fulham at that time, for reasons he has not disclosed.

It is not inconceivable that his agent talked him out of leaving; in fact it is highly likely he did.

Im speculating the reason was money. Lbh the buck stops at maranakis- he should have been alive to the situation between super agents and dealt with it early. He didnt and lost nuno. His error was compounded by hiring ange and we havent looked up since.

Absolutely, but ultimately its his money and he can effectively do what he wants.

At least he had the humility to recognise he had fucked up and did something about it.

What he did may not have been to everyones liking, but he acted decisively - well as decisively as you can in those circumstances.

Its not the dislike of Dyche that surprises me, its the idiotic perception that people are queuing round the block to manage us, and all EM has to do is wave his cheque book around and the problem will be solved.

Big clubs cannot get decent replacements mid stream, particularly when the team is on a downward spiral, and we are not a big club, far from it.

Turning a falling team around is like turning a super tanker around; it does not happen at the flick of a switch, and any manager worth his salt knows that, and all managers with half a brain do not want a relegation on their CVs.

Dyche may or may not be fired when we do not win tomorrow night, but do not expect a sexy replacment if he is fired, because it is not going to happen.

And this is exactly the problem. Sacking Dyche doesn't solve the problem, it just creates a new one. If Dyche is provably failing and taking us down, then we may as well gamble. But if the evidence suggests he isn't taking us down, then gambling would be silly.

A loss to Wolves is getting close to the point where he'd be taking us down. A win is very much needed, and hopefully leads into some better form going forward to avoid having to take the gamble.

The reason why we aren’t doing so well, recently?

No match Fred pmsl. Nobody prepared to do the soft yards, never mind the hard yards.
Oi I'm doing my bestest.
Nobody else seems to want to do it, so I gave it a shot. Not my fault if the team put out by the manager is crap?
My take on the manager being sacked is unequivocally leave until the end of the season, cause who else is going to get us up.

Its Wolfie who claimed that the Brazilians despise Dyche.

TBF, he has his ear to the ground and is defo ITK, so tend to trust what he says.

Would Silva consider the job - team 1 finishes top-10, Forest bottom 1/3 with a basket case of a senior management structure?
Will we start with Lucca tomorrow? If yes that will mean a change in tactics and if , somehow this succeed then Jesus might end up being the EL striker and Lucca the league striker.
A few crosses like the one from Hutch and Opposition defenders will be scared of the Italian, cause he will punish them...like Woods used to do.

Think this is correct. We do not need a change of tactics. We already utilise a target man tactic. We also have two wingers to feed a target man. Everton at home we had over 50 crosses with very little to show. If we can feed Lucca like that then every chance he will make things happen.

You do know that from now until the end of the season, we will be pumping crosses into the 7' geezer in the box. Dyche has his plan and it won't be pretty
