It was a very niggly match and not pretty to watch. Nil nil at half time flattered both sides.
Ref made a good shout with their penalty call early on and then buckled under pressure from their fans booing and calling for everything. Not going to blame him, mind you, we got exactly what we deserved. That said if he wasn't so weak he'd have given us the penalty for blatant hand ball and that would have changed things a bit. I'd hate to have someone as weak as him at Elland Road, I doubt he'd let you have your turn to kick a half off.
Thought Colin was his usual excellent self and is becoming very under rated as a player. Macleod and Sawyers did ok too, but over all, we were very under par in a very scrappy match. Need to get back to our normal selves Tuesday. Fingers crossed.
