Would you risk starting Grant / Jackson ahead of Plymouth on Sat? We have another 4 2 game weeks before we get a 7 day rest so it might be a case of carefully managing workload until we get everyone back
The problem with playing a 50/50 player is that rather that miss 1 game, they can subsequently miss 3 or 4.
As much as I would love us to put out Jackson, Grant and Scully, if they are not fit, they are not fit
have we ever had the back 4 without either Jackson or Walsh? our defence has been under the kosh a lot lately but held out well. fingers crossed, but it's getting a bit makeshift.

Agreed, whilst Walsh shows how important it is to have a left footer in the centre of defence, I just wouldn't risk Roughan coming in after a few months in the heart of defence. If Jackson misses out, TJ to partner Lewis with Poole in at RB seems the safer bet.
This is what MA said about the injuries Jackson took knocks to ankle & thigh. Scully bruised knee bit stiff & very sore at present. Grant swollen ankle waiting until swelling has gone down. Anderson. Scan has shown Anderson has a torn abductor muscle, grade two abductor tear
