What a great invention, I remember a sonar based system in trials a few years back, all from independent inventors, when the reality is, if the powers that be decided it was worth their while, they could focus the massive resources they use to develop ways of delivering death, to much more palatable means.

Good news for those with sight issues. My late Father in Law was blind half of his life, so we are always pleased to see news like this coming out
